Registration 

Pre-registration for the Congress closed on October 18, 2013. Onsite registration will be available on a first come, first serve basis for up to 10 registrants. Conference materials will be available to those who register onsite while supplies last. The Registration Desk will be open on Tuesday, 29 October from 11:00 to 17:30. The Registration Desk will open at 08:00 Wednesday and at 07:30 on Thursday.

The Congress officially begins on Tuesday, 29 October at 13:00 with our opening session.

Method of Payment

Full payment must accompany all conference registrations and can be made by credit card or check.  Payments not received within 30 days of the registration order will result in a cancellation of the order. Please note the vendor on your credit card statement will be listed as Conference Solutions.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend ICC-CIM 2013, you may:

 

Send a Substitute

Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by giving notice, in writing, to ICC-CIM 2013 c/o Conference Solutions. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or at the onsite Registration Desk.

 

Request a Refund

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to ICC-CIM 2013 c/o Conference Solutions at the address above. Cancellations received by September 27, 2013 will be refunded, less a $175 administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 27, 2013. 

 

If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, ICC-CIM 2013 will refund the registration fee. The Conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

 

Badges

Conference identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all Conference functions.

 

Letter of Invitation

After completion of the online registration form, you will receive a link to create a letter of invitation for use in visa applications.  You will need to submit your Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number, and Nationality in order to generate the letter.

 

Publicity Policy

Each registrant grants ICC-CIM 2013 the right to photograph/videotape participants and to use such photographs/videos and the names of attendees in materials which either represent the proceedings of the Conference or promote future conferences. Except for the official conference photographer/videographer, please note that no picture taking will be allowed in sessions.

 

Liability

With paid registration, the participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the Conference organizers should the meeting be altered, hindered, or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, unpredictable forces of nature, speaker cancellations or other unforeseeable events.
