Marcia Prenguber, ND, FABNO, is a board certified in naturopathic oncology, and is the Director of Integrative Care at Indiana University Health Goshen Center for Cancer Care. She received her N.D. from National College of Naturopathic Medicine, and completed her 2-year residency training in Naturopathic Oncology at Goshen Hospital. She provides naturopathic care to patients undergoing treatment for cancer, in conjunction with surgical, medical, and radiation oncology. In addition, she coordinates the dietitian and counseling therapies as essential components in the care of patients.
Dr. Prenguber serves on the executive committee of the Academic Consortium for Alternative and Complementary Heath Care (ACCAHC), and is a co-chair of the Clinical Working Group of ACCAHC. She is a founding member of and serves on the executive committee of the Naturopathic Postgraduate Association (NPGA), which promotes the development of naturopathic residency programs. She is the immediate past president of the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME).
Dr. Prenguber was named the 2008 Naturopathic Physician of the Year by the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
